This Starbucks is the same as other Starbucks in available items and drinks, and the flavor is the same. I have some favorite drinks here, and I always order a hot Salted Caramel Mocha around this time of year. The wait is, well, always long. That comes with the territory of being on a campus. Starbucks has always been the place for kids to stop and grab something really quick, but also to do class work. I met and hung out with some of my closest friends here, so it will always be a little special to me. However if you’re going, just plan on waiting a little bit, but patience is always key anywhere.

The best place in summer . Long lines when college is in session . Staff are friendly and managers are on top of things . Good music playing .

The line length is insane - more reminiscent of TSA than a typical coffeeshop. But once you get your order taken, they fix your drink pretty quickly.

The Starbucks on SUNY Fredonia's campus is nice! The staff are friendly, and get you your order with amazing speed. I've never had an order wrong. However, throughout the week days (and nearly all day on weekends), the line length is insane. Sometimes it completely leaves the Starbucks area, and cuts across the lobby of University Commons. This isn't Starbucks fault, however, so I won't take off a star for it.

Very friendly customer service. Very efficient with their orders. The coffee shop and tables are very up kept. They have great deals. The only downfall is there hours. I know it's because it's on a college campus. If they had one off campus more towards the city I think they'd get more service. The location is great for students and staff. Outsiders it's another story. It took me years to know there was one there.

I've been coming here since I started college in 2013, and it's always been a great experience. What really stood out to me was the manager helping me out today. I recently got diagnosed with Celiac's & I'm figuring out what my options are. She was so sweet & patient with showing me how to check the ingredients & allergens of the food and I really appreciate her helping me out
